Items we can’t ship!
Unfortunately we are not able to ship any off the following goods such as the battery, epoxy, glue, PU foam and silicone outside of the EU. You can easily source these items yourself at local shops.

We also offer the option for you to pick up your order free of charge. If you opt for this choice during checkout, kindly get in touch with us to schedule a convenient pickup time.
Return policy
Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@efoil-holland.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, you’ll have to buy your own shipping label and return the items. Items sent without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or digital products (manual).
