Web Hosting
Provider: Strato
We utilize web hosting and email services from Strato. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services, which are not considered personal data. Strato has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Strato is bound by a confidentiality agreement based on the contract.
Email and Mailing Lists
Provider: Strato/send in blue
For our regular business email communication, we use the services of Strato and Send in blue. This party has implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to minimize abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Strato does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email communication confidentially.
Payment Processors
Provider: Mollie
To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use Mollie’s platform. Mollie processes your name, address, payment details, and credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services where they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than allowed by the statutory terms.

Shipping and Logistics
Providers: PostNL/DHL
When you place an order with us, it’s our responsibility to ensure your package is delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL/Myparcel for the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residential details with PostNL/DHL for this purpose. PostNL/DHL uses this data solely for executing the agreement. In case PostNL/DHL engages subcontractors, PostNL/DHL also provides your data to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting
For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Gekko. We share your name, address, and order details for the purpose of administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. Gekko is bound by confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Gekko does not use your personal data for purposes other than described above.
Purpose of Data Processing
General Purpose
We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the processing purpose is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for targeted marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time other than at your request, we will explicitly ask for your consent. We do not share your data with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality under the agreement between them and us, or an oath, or a legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed to further improve our services. These data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) are not considered personal data.
Cooperation in Tax and Criminal Investigations
In some cases, eFoil Holland may be required by law to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by authorities. In such a case, we are obligated to share your data, but we will oppose this within the limits that the law allows.
Retention Periods
We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider it as a request for deletion. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Your Rights
Under current Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain these rights below and how you can invoke them.
To prevent abuse, we will generally only send copies and copies of your data to your already known email address.
